Who are we?
The initiative was born from the deep commitment of Chantal Espitalier-Noël, who, after working with incarcerated women, discovered—alongside Doris, a social worker—the urgent needs of families in the village of Paul & Virginie.
In 2020, a Christmas solidarity event that gathered 3,000 participants highlighted the necessity of providing sustainable solutions rather than temporary aid.
This led to the creation of the NGO
FAM-UNIE Foundation in 2022.
This specialized training center offers part-time courses, enabling women to become entrepreneurs, generate income, and enhance their well-being and social integration.
A team of changemakers
Fam-Unie Foundation consists of a dynamic and creative team, which sets the goals, provides a clear direction and plan of action for members and beneficiaries.

Providing women in precarious situations with entrepreneurial training and income-generating skills to foster their socio-economic integration.
